I use the asana practice of yoga to educate students about the body’s ability to heal, strengthen and direct energy. Through a moving manifestation, which incorporates a gentle flow in a healing practice, I guide students to effortlessly connect in the sweet spot between movement and surrender.
For when we connect our mind and body through the Breath ....it is here that the magic happens…

Hatha Yoga: A Physical practice of yoga postures, breathing techniques and meditation. A mind body experience that improves your strength, flexibility, and balance.
There is much to be explored energetically in Hatha yoga sessions. I invite you to embody your asana practice, tailoring your individual needs intuitively and holistically as we infused the space with pranayama, meditation and our divine sound bowl healing.
